1. Cancellation 30 Days or More Before Arrival

• 70% refund of the total amount paid.

2. Cancellation Within 15 Days Before Arrival

You may choose between:

Option A – Credit Retention

• The paid deposit amount will be retained in Your Wanderly Travels credit,
  which can be used for future bookings.

Option B – Refund (Subject to Deductions)

• Refund will be processed after deducting hotel and car cancellation charges,
  which depend on the season and supplier policies.

3. No-Show or Last-Minute Cancellation

• In case of a no-show or cancellation within 48 hours of arrival,
  no refund may be applicable due to fixed hotel & transport commitments.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.

• Refunds can be issued via UPI, bank transfer, or the original mode of payment.

5. Important Notes

• Peak-season cancellations (festival days, long weekends, holidays)
  may incur higher non-refundable charges.

• Your Wanderly Travels is not responsible for cancellations due to weather, strikes, or other force-majeure events.
