1.2 All bookings are processed based on availability at the time of confirmation.
1.3 Prices are subject to change based on season, hotel availability, transportation rates, and government regulations.
2. Booking & Payment
2.1 A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving the initial advance payment as per our Payment Policy.
2.2 Full payment must be completed before or upon arrival, as mentioned in your final itinerary.
2.3 Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in automatic cancellation without refund.
2.4 Any special requests (room preferences, early check-in, sightseeing adjustments, etc.) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
3.1 All cancellations must follow our official Cancellation Policy.
3.2 Refund amounts depend on hotel, transport, and activity provider policies.
3.3 Peak-season, holiday, or festival-period bookings may have non-refundable components.
3.4 Refunds will be processed within 7โ10 working days after deduction of applicable charges.
4. Itinerary & Changes
4.1 The itinerary shared is a suggested plan and may change due to:
Weather conditions
Road closures
Local government restrictions
Safety concerns
Unforeseen circumstances
4.2 We reserve the right to modify or adjust itineraries for safety or operational reasons.
4.3 Any additional cost arising from such changes (alternate hotels, routes, private vehicle changes, etc.) must be borne by the traveller.
5. Travel Documents & Responsibility
5.1 It is the travellerโs responsibility to carry valid documents such as:
Government ID
Permits (if required)
COVID-related documents (if applicable)
Passport & Visa (for international tourists)
5.2 Your Wanderly Travels is not responsible for issues related to invalid documents, immigration delays, or denied entries.
6. Health, Safety & Personal Responsibility
6.1 Guests must be physically fit for the journey, especially for hill stations and high-altitude destinations.
6.2 Any medical condition must be disclosed before booking.
6.3 We are not liable for:
Medical emergencies
Accidents or injuries
Theft or loss of personal belongings
Delays caused by local conditions
We strongly recommend travel insurance for all travellers.
7. Hotels & Accommodation
7.1 Hotel confirmation is subject to availability at the time of booking.
7.2 If the listed hotel is unavailable, a similar category property will be provided.
7.3 Check-in/check-out timings follow hotel policies.
7.4 Any damages caused by travellers will be charged directly by the hotel.
8. Transport & Sightseeing
8.1 Cab timings, routes, and sightseeing duration are fixed as per the driver and local guidelines.
8.2 Drivers follow specific routes and cannot violate local or tourism rules.
8.3 Extra usage of the vehicle (beyond plan) may incur additional charges.
9. Activities & Third-Party Services
9.1 Activities like rafting, paragliding, trekking, ropeway rides, etc., are operated by independent providers.
9.2 Your Wanderly Travels is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or accidents during third-party activities.
9.3 Participation is at the travellerโs own risk.
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by situations beyond our control, including:
Natural calamities
Landslides / Snowfall
Political unrest
Strikes / Bandh
Government restrictions
Pandemic or health emergencies
No refunds may be allowed in such situations.
11. Behaviour & Conduct
Travellers are expected to behave respectfully towards:
Staff
Drivers
Hotel partners
Local communities
Any misconduct may lead to termination of services without refund.
12. Liability Disclaimer
Your Wanderly Travels is not liable for:
Loss of belongings
Flight/train delays
Missed sightseeing due to time constraints
Delays caused by weather or traffic
Personal negligence
Service lapses by third-party providers
Our responsibility is limited to trip coordination.
