1. Cancellation 30 Days or More Before Arrival
70% refund of the total amount paid.
2. Cancellation Within 15 Days Before Arrival
You may choose between:
Option A β Credit Retention
The paid deposit amount will be retained in Your Wanderly Travels credit,
which can be used for future bookings.
Option B β Refund (Subject to Deductions)
Refund will be processed after deducting hotel and car cancellation charges,
which depend on the season and supplier policies.
3. No-Show or Last-Minute Cancellation
In case of a no-show or cancellation within 48 hours of arrival,
no refund may be applicable due to fixed hotel & transport commitments.
4. Refund Process
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7β10 working days.
Refunds can be issued via UPI, bank transfer, or the original mode of payment.
5. Important Notes
Peak-season cancellations (festival days, long weekends, holidays)
may incur higher non-refundable charges.Your Wanderly Travels is not responsible for cancellations due to weather, strikes, or other force-majeure events.
